It is to be noted that Wagner Tuning and Big Fish Garage that catalytic converters are intended to be used on OEM vehicles to optimize performance. They are NOT intended to be used in conjunction with an ECU tune.

Wagner Tuning assumes no responsibility for damages caused by modifications made to a vehicle such as, a tuned ECU and/or 'burble' style tunes. Wagner Tuning is also not responsible for damages caused by engine malfunctions creating rich/lean conditions that are detrimental to the catalyst. A warranty audit will be performed on any claim regarding a catalytic converter. In order for a warranty to be honored, Wagner Tuning will require the purchaser to provide proof that the engine was unaltered and tuned to the original manufacturer's specifications and maintained in proper operating condition. The end user assumes all responsibility regarding the legality of use of a non-OEM catalytic converter on their vehicle for the region in which it is used.
If you would like to return a product for refund you have 30 days from date of delivery to inform us and then 14 days to return the product.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.Orders that have been correctly supplied and are returned after this period will be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge. Returns 60 days after delivery are at our discretion.

All products being returned must be in a resalable condition including all the original packaging. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease/paint applied or the packaging damaged. If a product has been used it is deemed to have been accepted.

Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will not be credited under any circumstance. Any amendments or modifications carried out in an effort to install items are done so purely at the end user's risk.Special order products can only be returned if defective or not as originally described.

They are made to order according to customer specifications so fall outside distance selling laws.If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are made aware of this within 14 days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.If your order fails delivery due to incorrect information given when placing the order or customer not being available to accept the delivery, you the customer will be liable for all carriage charges including charges made by the courier if they return the goods to us.

Orders paid for by Credit / Debit Card can only be delivered to the registered card address of the cardholder unless you have passed 3D Secure or Verified by VISA. Orders paid for by PayPal can only be delivered to a confirmed address. Orders paid for by Electronic Bank Transfer can be delivered to the address of your choice. All deliveries must be signed for.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. Orders being delivered to a UK address are shipped free by default. Express delivery is available on some products at a premium. Collection is possible strictly by prior arrangement.

All delivery time scales are estimates subject to product and delivery slot availability. Standard UK delivery is normally within five working days but often quicker. Sometimes delivery takes longer due to stock availability. If we do not have stock available we will contact you with an estimate to when we will have the goods available.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Team Stokes Ltd T/A Big Fish Garage shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
